Divine Trial and Elven Forest Arrive in Isekai Waifu Overlord

The paths through the Elven Forest are officially open, and this time the spotlight is on Lativia Lifiel, the character many players have been asking about for a while now.

Alongside the new event, a brand new mode joins the game: Divine Trial. Unlike the usual Anvil-based events, this one takes the shape of a combat roguelike. Players build up their power as they progress through the run, defeating bosses along the way and choosing one option out of three after each fight. These choices can include artifacts, general bonuses, artifact upgrades, class swaps, or event currency that can be used to strengthen those bonuses further.

Every Trial comes with its own unique starting conditions, affecting both the player and the enemies faced during the run. For this first Trial, three special conditions will be active:

• Skill cooldowns for the hero and all girls in the deck are reduced by 2.5 times
• Nature-element girls gain a 200% boost to skill power
• Enemies have a 90% chance to dodge auto-attacks

Once a run begins, it lasts 8 hours, and players have a 24-hour window to enter after the Trial opens. Divine Trial is planned to run three times a week, roughly on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The very first Divine Trial will kick off later tonight. Time to head into the forest and see how deep it really goes.
